Come through the drive through every so often. Wait is sometimes long but most of the time staff is nice and respectful. Last visit was terrible. There’s a young girl taking orders with 2 small braids in her hair and a darker complexion, rudest worker there I’ve ever encountered. Asked her if I could get a mcflurry with my meal and she told me no and talked to me as if I were unintelligent. When I told her she needed to learn how to talk to people and asked for her name she read my name off of my card and smirked. Terribly unprofessional and now I know where to come if my money goes missing! Spoke to the manager and he seemed like he was definitely going to eradicate the problem. I honestly hope so because she is extremely rude. I know that it may not be an easy job but with an attitude like that you just make it harder on yourself for future employment.

I'm African American new to this area my two preteen sons did an online app and got called in for an interview at the same time. Interviewing manager was in the middle of two interviews with Spanish females. Once it was my sons time to get interview another manager which was a white male told my boys their application was lost or couldn't be found. What's crazy is that the manager who called my sons in for their interview verified the above address on two separate days and reminding them about they interview. I called the manager after my sons walked 40 minutes in the hot son just for him to lie and be very unprofessional. At this point I don't want my kids trying to work for you,but address the racism. I'm tired of the racism badly in Kissimmee towards our black kids when it comes to getting jobs.

Ordered lunch thru drive thru. Quick and easy. Sandwich was hot as well as my coffee. Pleasant employees.

McDonalds seems to not have icecrem whenever I go there. Plus when I was on a gluten free diet, I asked for ice cream in a dish. She was going to charge me for a plain sundae. Only at McDonald's will you find this. I will enjoy icecream elsewhere from now on. Very poor customer service.

Its 2am and i have been waiting for my orderr. Been waiting for 7 mins and im in drive thru. Also im in 2nd car waiting by the window
