I always enjoy Pollo Tropical! Good food that satisfies and you feel like you got a really good deal too! I love the fried yucca dipped in the creamy garlic cilantro sauce!

Horrible! Do not go to this location. I cannot believe how bad the service here has gotten. This is my second time recently ordering a chicken meal from this place and both times the food was just thrown into the container with very small portions. I posted a picture of it below. Both times they also forgot to put in the bread roll. When I confronted them about the bread, the cashier at the window took a roll, crammed it into a bean container and handed it to me. If you're going to go up on your prices, at least increase the quality of your service. I used to love coming to this location because it's right near my house and the food was great. But I cannot continue putting up with such poor quality if I am paying for it. It's a shame.

Super fresh and large portions. We love coming here after the gym. The pork is amazing and always seasoned well. Chicken is filling and clean. We will be returning very soon, I love this place!!

I've giving this location plenty of chances. Naive of me thinking that they will ever change. They have HORRIBLE customer service (the person usually that works in the morning has horrible manners) and the food keeps getting worse and worse. Rice all chewy and chicken not cooked correctly. I went about two weeks ago and ordered mashed potatoes for myself and they were a puss yellow color. It tasted exactly as how I described it. The sodas usually taste bad and drive thru is always backed up and slow. Every time I order a kids meal they forget either the bread or the dessert that comes with it. It's coming to a point that I rather go to a different location before I come to this one. Their customer service needs to be improved.

Service was excellent. Friendly and food was great. Not like the one on 1-92 who had such a nasty manager who was extremely rude and needed to take some training on how to talk to customers.
