Poor custumer service. They served the order without some ingredients and when I complaint about the missing ingredients the apologiesed and said they didn't have some of the ingredients. Very convenient to make money without spending ANYTHING TO PLEASE THE IDIOT OH SORRY THE CUSTOMER! So thanks from now on i will have to stop being your idiot oh I mean your customer and buy food somewhere else! Thanks for nothing.

Onion rings were hard and extra crunchy as though they were run through the fryer a second or third time to warm them. I took the drive through and my whopper and rings were cold after getting home. I don't live that far and at most, the food should have still been warm. On a positive, something that was good was the soda. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. The nastiest onion rings I've ever had.

I've called 4 times now and 4 times they've picked up the phone and hung up. The reason why I call now in contrast to going to the store is because they are always missing menu items. The last few times I've visited they have messed up my order. Becoming an inconvenience to come here, and I can't even reach the business now without them deliberately hanging up on me. Don't know who's managing the place, can't imagine ill ever get them on the phone, but they need to step their game up substantially. They don't know what their doing.

For those experiencing good services at this BK, I wonder if they are friends of the staff. I took my family to this BK. We ordered before there was a line but never got our meal. Others that came after us were served while we were still waiting for almost 20 minutes. We went to inquire about our orders, they did not have the slip to fill the order. I had to give them my receipt. It took another 10 minutes. As I inquired why our order was taking longer than the folks that came way after us, the guy that claimed to be the manager, instead of apologizing, he started making disparaging remarks about my ethnicity. This was so disturbing in front of my wife and son that we were unable to eat and enjoy our meal. I don't usually go to BK but I had a craving this evening, and this store being near, I decided to patronize it. Worst service ever! Did not get everything that we paid for. Both manager and the lady that took our order started to argue with me. Even with the receipt to prove, they still dismissed my concern. To avoid a bigger conflict we left never to return. Don't have to give them my money. For me, this bad experience ruined my evening. We visited this store on June 24, 2017, 8:38 pm. I strongly don't recommend this store.

Employees always great me with a smile and the service is always quick and reliable. Would recommend!
