Friendly staff at this Subway. Nice service and very clean place. Would eat there again. So if you want a sandwich , go there.

As a former employee, my deepest regrets for having served you not always "FRESH" but expired meats, veggies, bread and at times food in general that flies used to land on. I wanted to tell all of you, that the food is expired and not only that but the dishes especially the ones that the H.S boys never thoroughly washed, still had residue in them. We were forced by our Management to slap on a new expiration date sticker, illegally and dangerously, just to give it a longer "shelf life" and save a few bucks for DiPasqua Enterprises at the cost of your and your children's health and perhaps, life. I watched you, families with children and elders, happily, walk into your favorite neighborhood Subway to purchase overpriced sandwiches at the cost of your well being. See, I was highly disturbed and at times you may have saw me upset and thought that perhaps I didn't want to work there but the truth was and still is, that, my manager's words were still lingering in my mind, as she said, "so what, it's not like their gonna die over expired food, as long as there's a new expiration sticker and we pass health inspection, we keep on serving them." Sam, why?? My entire view of Subway completely changed forever from Fresh to Expired! Pretty much everything was made to look"fresh"but don't be fooled, those were illusions taught to us to make the line appear clean and appealing for you. It also seemed that no employee before me cared enough to disinfect the infant seats as they were filled with bogeys. No worries, I, scrubbed those chairs down. However, bogeys may begin to pile up again as no one before me cared enough to disinfect and scrub off. Bread is always "FRESH, right?! Wrong!! We are mandated by the health inspectors to throw away all breads that weren't sold from the previous day, however, once again, greed over your health, played a role in forcing us to still keep the breads which could "pass" inspection. So I asked myself, " how did the health inspectors miss all of this?" I thought perhaps either she has no idea on how to do her job or she's getting paid on the side to overlook things or both. Therefore, typically, it was the morning and lunch people mainly from nearby businesses on their lunch break who bought yesterday's bread and not the fresh bread as promised by Subway's slogan. I watched employee's use the same mop they used for the restrooms, to mop the lobby and the kitchen area. SMH.. I mean DiPasqua Enterprise is so cheap that the entire store including its equipment still with residue from the 90s are falling apart and they could care less to see that the busiest store in Kissimmee and the towns people deserve a completely remodeled Subway. I mean should you care if DiPasqua remodeled it after what I you now know? Since, it's the principal which matters most. I mean the chairs and one of the tables literally spins. Really?! SMH...😐 So I decided to whistle blow what I just told you to my District Manager and much more but like most whistleblowers, if you're aren't on their side on how they want things done, the "Subway Way" or DiPasqua way, then you can't be on their side, period! So, I was let go. (Wow! Really Krystal? I thought you were better then that. I was wrong...😔)Which was a month earlier then the initial date I had in mind to part ways with Subway but that's a whole month of me not being responsible for serving you expired food in dirty dishes with fly larvae on a restroom moped floor. Again, my deepest apologies and regrets!! Believe me or not but you've been warned and your health isn't a toy to be played with. Perhaps try Jimmy Johns, Fire House Subs or Jersey Mikes for a change. Subway or DiPasqua since its franchise owned is overrated, overpriced and expired!! P.S. Watch out for the ceiling fan ☝🏻between the soda machine and the line, it's about to fall. Let it not be your day. Says a lot about the owners and management. How much they care to fix something so easy but again, rather risk your, your family's life.SMH😡

Great experience. Some of the veggies were not very fresh but they changed then out.
