This place is a joke. They re-dipped the fries after I asked for fresh fries without salt. Got all the way home and ended up throwing them away. Ridiculous. I have photos and I have forwarded the information to corporate.

This is probably the worst McDonalds in Cincinnati. The inside is always nasty. The workers all have attitudes and the managers are just collecting checks. The recent (and probably last) venture, a 20minute drive thru wait. Then, guess what...missing food. I pull over and go in ask for the manager. I tell her, a 20minute wait at the drive thru, and you STILL can't get the order right. No apology, she throws a cheeseburger in a bag and shoves it at me. I have complained to the owners, I get a coupon for a meal, and things never change.

This is one of the better McDonald's, I usually get decent food from here. You always get much better food if you go in as opposed to drive thru and this isn't just true at McDonald's but most other places as well. Over all one of the better locations though

I always order a McChicken with only Mayo and extra extra pickles. They never give me the extra pickles. The last time I specified that I wanted 5 pickle slices...they said they could not do that. So I asked for extra pickles on the side and they gave me a container that was full of pickles...over 10 slices. REALLY PEOPLE!!

The customer service at this location is incredible!! Every time I’ve been, whether 8am before class, lunch time, late after work, they are always so nice and helpful! Never forget anything or get anything wrong, always greeting and conversing with customers, even people taking out trash were so nice! My car in the drive thru was blocking the way to get to the dumpster and instead of squeezing through with her trash can, she stopped and had a conversation with me, definitely would come back to this location. The woman who normally works the second window is so sweet and brightens my day!
