The door was locked even though the sign said it opened at 8:00. It was past 9:00. When I went to the drive-thru window, I found out that they were short staffed, and we're not going to open up the dining room area. Although the staff wasn't rude, I certainly wouldn't call them friendly. However, we were satisfied because we were hungry and had places to go...but not back to that Wendy's.

I don't know who they have working fry line tonight but they decided to dump the entire Wieliczka coast on mine. We ordered 4 biggie bags and could only eat half of them because the fries were so salty they practically gave me canker sores on contact. We had to dump our fries, pretty cruddy when you've worked a 12 hour shift with your boyfriend and still have to go home to cook something anyways : .

We went thru drive thru at 9:30pm on 8/25/22. The young man taking orders was so friendly and funny he had our whole family laughing. The food was fast, hot, and fresh. Wonderful experience and I wish those employees in drive-thru would know how great our experience was.

Got their Big Bacon Classic last night, best dang burger I've had at a fast food place in a long time! Everything was very fresh and put together like one you would make for yourself at home. I wish every Wendy's did this good of a job, props to their management and the night crew. 5/5

I ordered no onions no mustard because I like neither. Receipt shows the request. Guess what? Complete incompetence. Obviously reading is not required for this restaurant. Had to wait through line in drive thru to get refund. Never answered phone. Originally I just wanted a replacement but after having to wait and go through drive through again, burger no longer appealing. Sucks cause I like Wendy's. Moral - Just say no. Go elsewhere.

This Wendy's is near my work and is in a convenient location with good access. I like the food but especially like being served by Thomas. They have a good team here.

so amazing literally best place i’ve been in years. their fries are life changing! and their burgers are so bussing. i would come here everyday if i could. i liked the workers they were sweet and nice!

Arguably the best fast food in ellensburg, I've never had a problem with my orders being wrong, my food always comes out hot, fries are always crispy.<b>Food</b>: 5/5
