I don't know what position the woman always working in the morning is but she is rude and has bad customer service skills. Saying " What do you want" even if you don't mean it in a rude way doesn't negate that it sounds bad to a customer coming to buy something. I really didn't have a problem until coming back after they had closed for a four day holiday weekend. I saw they were not ready at the normal time and chose to wait but they didn't say anything to me at all not even when they would be ready. I waited till around 7:30 I go to work at 8 to go to the counter and waited for someone to take my order and the woman gave me an attitude. I kept it short and to the point because I was hungry and didn't have time to go anywhere else. She made my sandwich I ate and have refused to go back since.
I was totally not pumped about putting Subway in my gps to find that the closest location to me was inside an Orthopedics office, BUT WAS IT WORTH getting over the funkiness of my brain’s finickiness of what I want to do and don’t want to do. SUPER cleaneven down to the food bar they pull from to make your sandwich; Everything was fresh no stale bread, super gooey cookies and even my tomatoes were pretty. My favorite was the smile on the gentleman’s face that started my sandwich and his willingness to just make sure I left a happy customer. Thank you!
Customer and prep areas were very clean , food was fresh, meatball sandwich was hot & delicious! The staff and owner were friendly and professional. I will definently return.
Service had always been pretty decent but today I found out they won't provide you a cup for water because they want you to buy a bottled water. The soda machine had the water option, how hard is it to provide small, inexpensive plastic cups? I probably won't be back after today.
Food is fine and service is good .. But the nickel and diming policies on drink refills, water cups they won't give one and fighting to get napkins are an affront to paying customers. They do not have napkins available unless you ask,... They usually include 2 with your meal. They do not provide water cups, forcing a bottled water purchase. Today, I saw a construction worker eat his meal and then go outside for a cigarette... He walked back in 5 minutes later and they forced him to pay 1.50 for a refill because he 'stepped outside'. A business that disrespects its customers in such petty ways doesn't deserve their patronage.
This subway is AMAZING!!!! All the staff is SO friendly and is GREAT with their regulars. We always come to this specific subway just for the service and the get to see our favorite employees. Awesome Subway and awesome dining experience every time!
This is probably the only Subway that does not have the daily 6" lunch special for $6.00. They never have any specials posted. Definitely worth driving to another Subway with a different owner. I am at JOI 3 times a week and will never step foot in this place again!
The friend who gave me a ride home after surgery said the tables were not cleaned after use by customers. I'd expect more from a place located in a hospital.
Worker's were not friendly at all.. They both had attitudinal problems!! Won't be going back to that location!! I wish I could become a secret shopper and expose a lot of these place's!!
It is at a hospital, so it was very clean. She was getting ready to close but she served me anyway and the meetball marinara was just as good as any other time
