My order is always off, when I choose to stop at this McDonald's  The meal is never prefect. Something is always worthy of me complaining about. They may give you a good burger, but, the fries are cold. Or the fries are perfect, but, they give you a burger or old bread. They may even completely forget to give you your drink when you have ordered a meal! Listen, get it together over there!

This has to be the best McDonald's around the area. The employees are always very nice.The food is always hot and prepared neatly. I was in the drive thru and they are pretty fast if I do say so myself. my kids always reminds me of the time we had a birthday party there when he was younger. we have a lot of good memories there and hope to have many more. Thank you Mickie D's. Did I mention the fries be hot and crispy

Just left 10/19 12 noon and it was horrible!  Big Mac roll was burnt.  Big Mac was cold and so were the fries.   Do better!!!

I was great about a manager he  was friendly . I went in there to pick up a Happy meal. They had what I needed service was awesome. And he made sure I was okay with the service. Yes I I would recommend going there great service.  Kid-friendliness: I would feel comfortable taking my children there to that McDonald&#39;s.

I ordered through the Drive thru all of my food was cold. I had to go back to work. I just threw the food away. Who wants cold fries and cold fish sandwich. This will be my last time thereFood: 1/5

My experience with this McDonald's was not so good Me being an Officer I was disturbed to see that they were serving people during this pandemic without Gloves they go from ringing you up on the cash register to making your food  , even the MANAGER in charge didn't have Gloves on Bad example for her employees.  The Food wasnt bad HOWEVER customer service is everything!!!!!!

This location is a nice-sized one with plenty of parking spaces, areas for seating and tables, 4 Self- service kiosks and a large play area for kids, one for 4-12 year olds with a climbing wall, and one for toddlers up to 3 years old. Service can be a bit slow at certain times of the day, but overall, it's a better one than some other McDonald's locations in/around Northeast Baltimore.

Absolute disgrace to the McDonald’s brand. We waited in line for 30 minutes for them to tell us they were “closed” despite being a 24 hour location. Very disappointed and will be contacting corporate regarding this… My pregnant friend wanted nothing but fries for her cravings but will be getting nothing tonight it seems…

Went there at 11:15 pm on a wednesday night.  They need help.  The line for drive thru did not move for 15 minutes.  When we finally got our food at the drive thru window service sucks.  "Sophia" was rude, barely understood english and when we asked for a receipt she said she not giving a receipt and slammed the window.  The food was disgusting and tasteless.  DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS.  They need to FIRE EVERYBODY THAT WORKS THERE AND START OVER.  SERVICE HAS DECLINED OVER THE YEARS. I HATE IT HERE WILL NEVER GO BACK.
