Tried Boss Burger today for the first time. I have to say I was delighted that we decided to come here. The young lady Kim K. who was working the counter is an absolute joy. She is friendly, outgoing and treated every single person that came in the store like a friend and not just a customer. Her hospitality is above any level that I have ever seen, you have a real gem with her don't ever let her go.  The young lady working in the kitchen really put her heart and soul into everything she made. She even came out and asked additional questions about orders to ensure that her customers were getting the best meal possible. Her attention and dedication to her food preparation is also above any level that I have ever seen, she to is a real gem don't ever let her go either.  Our burgers were cooked perfectly. I love the fact that they have a jackfruit burger and it was absolutely delicious. My husband got the Terminator burger and he devoured it. Our fries were nice and hot and perfectly seasoned. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an exceptional experience. Job well done.  P.S. the seafood salad sample that you gave us is excellent.  I think it would be a great addition to your menu. The salad was not over spiced or salty. The mayonnaise mixture is perfect and not heavy.

I want to say, the first time I got food from here it was soooooooo good! I was looking forward to a second visit. My second visit wasn't as good though and I got the same burger. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak burger and fries. The first time, it was hot and ready when I got it to the house. We talked about it for the entire weekend...thats how good it was! The second time I ordered and it said, it would be 25 mins but 4 mins later I received a message that it was done. Well it took me 20 minutes to get there and I was thinking well it said 25-30 wait on your order. Once I got the food, I opened it as soon as I got in the car and the fries were cold and the sandwich was good but not as good as it was the first time. I would come back but I probably won't order online...it didn't work out well.

I ordered pickup for me and my son. Had to drive 30 minutes back home. We didn't even have to warm the burgers up. Them bad boys were still hot. The fries were good. My son got a double paddy with bacon and cheese. I got a single paddy, bacon, and pulled pork with boss sauce. Wish it was in Owings Mills. Food: 5/5

I will never do business here again! The help was very mundane and the food was slightly warm. My order was for a specific time pick up and it was made immediately and put under heat lamps. Ultimately it was horrible experience and pricey at that! Never again! Food looks nothing like the pictures they advertise, beware!

Hubby & I came in today for the first timeout of towners. So glad we did. We both got the #1 & boy was it #1. Onion rings were on point, so crispy & light. Sweet potato fries were the bomb too! Bought Oreo cheese cake, but that taste test will be later, we are stuffed! The staff was a delight as well

This was my first time there. The establishment was nice and clean. The turnoffs were the young ladies at the counter. They were busy talking amongst themselves and on the cell phone while taking my orders. She did repeat what I ordered one was the Philly burger and the other Boss burger. During my wait time, one of the young ladies laid her head on the counter while talking on her cell phone. Customers were watching this including me Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.  When I got home the burger looked and tasted delicious; however, I asked for extra raw onions and they were no raw onions on the burger at all. Also I was to receive a canned soda and did not. It would be hard to check your order before you leave because the bag is stapled.  For the price of the food, I would’ve expected to receive what I asked for.  I may try it again, but this time I will dine in.  Thanks

First time customer; this spot is a absolute hit omg the Philly cheese steak burger is amazing. I never got sleepy from eating out but this right here got me ready for night night  this afternoon. I already started telling people on the gram about this spot. The woman taking the orders was super friendly and wasn't shy to help with menu options. Thank you and we shall return.  Parking: They have  parking available.

Build your own Burger. Its like Subway but Better i recommend. Staff is always Friendly and they notify you about what goes with the Food. This is a place that you look at and think "Hmm i dont know about this place" but than go because your fiance wants to go to it and you actually love there food and go more to. Its a very good Addiction. When i get the money i go there. Its not worth all that investigation. Its guaranteed to make you Really Happy. One Bite and your in Love.

Burgers were very good and cooked appropriately.....medium rare was really medium rare!!!.  Only compliment was with accuracy of order.....one burger which was supposed to have bacon added did not have it, and another item, a hot dog was omitted completely.   I would try again to see if accuracy improves.

Was going to give it a 2 but a generous 3 can be given. I went during my lunch time. A lunch rush is to be expected, so when I was told 20 minutes I was fine. 45 minutes later and 8 people waiting in the store, I knew the 20 minutes was a lie just to keep you on the hook.  I eventually learned that someone called in a huge office order for like 20 coworkers and that held up everyone else’s orders. Personally I don’t see how you can accommodate this one order and put every other customer waiting on the back burner. As I stood there the phone had never gotten answered.  At last, I finally got my order. I am now late going back to work and I get to my car and notice my fries are missing. I go back tell them that. Get my fries and as I get to work I see they gave me sweet potato fries instead of seasoned fries like I asked for.  Overall a big inconvenience, a little unprofessional and I’m not sure if it’s necessarily worth the hassle. Not the best experience with me being a first time customer  Edit: your sarcastic reply is the epitome for why many people struggle to support black owned businesses. You’re a popular place I understand which is why I originally said the wait was fine. But don’t be ignorant when you don’t get all 5 star reviews. You’re a joke and I hope your business thrives hun
