To be fair. Not everyone is horrible, here. Service/ courtesy begins at the top. But unfortunately I have had farrrrr more bad experiences than good. At the pick up window, the guy shoved my food through the window, Bag and drink together, and never uttered a word. The plus is that it's less than a mile from my houseFood: 2/5

This establishment is often pretty slow with cranking out orders. The lunch rush seems to take them by surprise. I'm not sure who is keeping track of and making sure the orders go out on time. I waited for a door dash order for what felt like 10 minutes.  Just a day ago I sat in the parking lot of a McDonald's in Cockeysville and had a door dash pickup there. It only took 2-3 minutes to pickup the order and leave.

This location needs to be closed PERMANENTLY! Staff is RUDE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL! I have had COUNTLESS HORRIBLE encounters at this location but 1/2/2022 put it over the top.  My daughter and I were in the drive thru for 20 minutes! 20 MINUTES!!! The parking lot was empty. No one was inside. There was no explanation for the long wait. Just stuck! On top of that, my food that I got from another restaurant had gotten cold from the wait. I only stopped here because my daughter wanted McDonalds. She too was upset by the wait!  Tonight, 2/1/2023, was another unpleasant experience. Shocking . There were 3 cars in the drive thru. The parking lot was empty, yet it took a long time to place an order. The person taking the order lacked customer service skills.  The lights on the parking lot are always out. The parking lot is dark! The workers need to take the training that the Chic Fil A employees take. This location needs to be CLOSED! EVERY EMPLOYEE seems like they hate working there! I would rather it be a Chic Fil A, Wendy’s, Starbucks…..etc. Anything but what it currently is. That McDonalds has been TRASH since I have been a kid and I am 35 years old.  My husband and I bought a house 2.5 years ago nearby and this location is very close and I thought things would have improved over the years once I moved away, but now we are back and it’s even worse! GARBAGE!!!  From the other reviews, it appears that the owner does not care at all about the overall operation of this location. Just terrible.

Listen the food was hot and good, drive thru workers were nice with smiles and kindness, line was quick. I have added this McDonald's as one of my favoritesFood: 5/5

I only come here because it's convenient and they have a play place that my kids like. The play are is normally dirty. And the service is slow and they don't get my order right, half the time. If you ask for ketchup, they give you one pack.

DON’T EAT HERE!!!!! They like to do “stuff” to food! Floor, spit or objects on your food! If the person took the time to put this on the sausage pattie, imagine what else!  Sick!!!!

I don't like to leave negative reviews but while I was waiting in line I saw 2 mice scurrying around in the back kitchen area. Just a note to management to get an exterminator in there.

Messed up order everytime the past 4 times ive ordered they either don't make it right leave things out or mix and match parts of the order DO NOT USE DOORDASH / GRUBHUB etc apparently im not the only one with issues and that came from my delivery driver themselves

They try to make you use the kiosk instead of waiting on you the drink stations stinks something's wrong in the drainFood: 3/5
