Unbelievably slow drive thru past 9PM. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced it. Literally takes them 5 minutes per car as if they are making the orders 1 at a time.

I like that they are one of the few that serve breakfast all day.   even though it's available all day i wish you could order breakfast using the app or kiosk  all day.   If outside normal breakfast hours at other McDonald's do you have to order breakfast at the counter

Recently, thru uber eats, I ordered 2 of the 40 nugget meals...so 80 total. And both times, i only received half...HALF!! I called them to let them know and they basically took NO accountability and said I needed to contact Uber so that Uber can replace it. WHY?? Uber didn't mess up by order!! You guys did!!!!Service: 1/5

Took forever for food cost extra for sweet and sour sauce even though we spent a hundred bucks

This place is swarming with customers! Everytime I went there there were long lines at the drive through.  It wasn't a mystery to me, though. The service was fast, food price awesome and the greetings I got at the windows made me feel like I was still on my island where hospitality was a part of our island culture. Thank you, McDonald's!

If I could give less stars I would.. tried to bring my 2 small children here to play and eat some ice cream. The biggest mess in the play area. The drink fountain was a mess. Most of the tables were dirty.. and the play area had too many big kids that aren’t allowed so my kids couldn’t even play safe. Age limit says 3 and under.. these kids were at least 13 I took pictures for proof because when we tried to ask someone to come clean up the big mess in the kids room they said they couldn’t until they spoke to the manager.. needs new management and staff ASAP

Absolutely disgusting store. My family and I walked in the store only to pickup two online orders. The young girl working at front checkout took 10 mins to search for our order only to accuse us of not paying. She then called the manager, who instead of apologizing to us for the new employee’s lack of knowledge, he yelled at my family and I and told us to take our “food and leave” because there are people behind us in line and we were being “careless”. I was truly taken back at the poor customer service and the lack of employee training. It’s disappointing that the MANAGER of the store would act in such a disrespectful manner when we had done nothing wrong. Keep in mind, we had paid prior 30 minutes prior to entering in the store, and have never had an issue with the app before. Instead of apologizing and admitting to the employee’s lack of knowledge and our long wait, we were disrespected by the male manager. Absolutely don’t recommend this store, there are plenty others to choose from.

Love this place.  They are honest too.  Left my cell phone in the back bathroom and returned about 15 minutes later and they had it behindFood: 4/5

All the time I spend in the morning for breakfast at the drive through, they send me to their parking lot and the wait there is 20 minutes...just for a simple coffee...Food: 2/5

No matter how many replacements get hired, this location will always have the worst night staff within a 15 mile radius of Euless/ Bedford. Going after 8/9pm the kitchen always has an all girl staff & the food is always so poorly prepared...Half frozen frappes, sloppy/soggy sandwiches, fries made 30 mins ago..6+ months the Hi-C is still watered down. You really gotta eat every item in the parking lot because it's ALWAYS something they'll have to correct. Why waste your time and ours??
