Not sure why $13 gets me curly fries cooked halfway, a chicken sandwich w/cheese that's missing the cheese, & a warm milkshake prepared entirely wrong from the way it's advertised & promoted, but I'll definitely stick to Mcdonalds for late night cravings!...How anyone can confuse chocolate for "vanilla" ice cream, I just don't know. Only 2 customers at 2am...I'd hate to see the food on a BUSY day. Whoever works this shift needs to be trained better

Ordered a Sourdough Jack with no tomatoes, got tomatoes. Not a big deal; maybe they didn't hear. Receipt doesn't say no tomatoes and it's not like I'm allergic. Restaurant is mostly clean. Couple of tables with empty hot sauce or ketchup packets on them.Food: 3/5

My son called up to this location during an ice storm, and I did not want to drive to a fast food place unless they were open, so he called to confirm that they were open and a male voice answered the phone and confirmed that they were open. When I pulled up to the window, a lady gave me a signal that they were not open.  I signaled back to her that we had called ahead. She still kept giving me a signal they weren’t open even though she was preparing food. However, there were people inside eating. As I was getting ready to pull away, I noticed a man standing at the drive-through window. When I pulled up next to the man, I asked him if they were serving him food, and he said yes.  It seems as though they were serving food for certain people, but not for other people. Not really sure what that was about, but I felt discriminated against, and I will never be going to this location ever again.

Came to Jack today .. the lady who was the manager on duty at 6:30 was rude.. she got mad my husband wanted to add to the order at the window .. she didn’t know how to multitask.. she parked us after being at the window with cars behind us.. ask my husband to park in Spanish as if we didn’t take our order in English which was rude as hell.. she gave the worst service and we use to work at Jack so we know what kind of service should be provided i don’t know how she’s manager.

Thank you Euless and 183 Jack n Box for always providing above and beyond customer service and quality food! You are doing a splendid job! Your location is A+ and 1000 times better than the Euless Blvd location and I am so grateful for your dedication to your community!

Hard to get into. foods good. And the drive thru is a drive thru..... unless they are having a bad day there should be no issues at all.....good placeFood: 4/5

Mobile ordered a large order. My onion rings were one giant glob. Ordered 4 piece jalapeno poppers got 2 pieces and 1 small weird piece of breading. Ordered an ultimate cheeseburger the mayo tasted like it went bad.  Over all horrible experience..did the mobile ordering so it was easier on everyone but still got awful food. Why would you serve someone that?

I've been going through the drive through for years, only to be told today that they are only doing delivery pickups so I couldn't order anything.  Your website still says dine in, take out, or delivery.     What's going on?

Twice I've been to this location and was told at the drive thru that they are only doing Doordash, GrubHub and UberEATS...now the first time I understood cuz it was late in the evening...however, I do not understand why a fast restaurant would do this at 11:30am which is when many people begin grabbing lunch...

Great place for a late breakfast! Prices are reasonable. Food is good. Service fast.Food: 5/5
