Nice modern decor, several ordering stations. Separate family bathroom in addition to  the regular women's and men's bathrooms. Ample sitting area and parking. Food well prepared.  Kid-friendliness: They have a big jungle gym room for the kids and sitting area inside for parents.  Parking: Parking around the property with  curbside pickup available and drive thru.  Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps for wheelchairs and doors open wide for easy entry.

I think her name was Maya or Amaya?! ^^THE RIGHT GIRL FOR THE JOB^^  I had 17$ in my pocket and she figured out how to feed me, my kid AND include drinks and A TOY!! She didn’t even need patience to work with me…. Serving my needs came easy to her!  BLESSED! Thank you Maya. ;

I went in for paperwork for my son, everyone was very helpful & I had to wait for a few to speak with a manager but while waiting I ordered a fry with no salt , who doesn’t just love  McDonald’s FRESH HOT FRIES ? I do ! They were yummie ! The store was very clean .

I came here for the Mcrib while it was still available. Sandwich was absolutely delicious, and I got fresh cooked french fries so they were good. Employees were nice, and all was well. I don't go there often, but will go back from time to time. I really love ordering through the app as it makes things quicker and easier.Food: 5/5

Unfortunately a 0 star rating is not possible.  This is the most poorly run McDonald's in south Louisiana.  My kids who love McDonald's don't even want food from this location.  Orders are inaccurate very often, employees are about as friendly as a carrot, and the management staff make absolutely no effort.  Save your money and drive across town to another McDonald's.  As a business owner I know how important customer reviews are.  I hope the owner of this location sees this review and makes the necessary adjustments.

So the workers at this location make the customers use the kiosk machines and would not take orders at the counter which I understand if they're short-handed however there was like five or six people and they're working but the kicker is that they were arrogant and rude about telling people to use the kiosk. The owner of this location must have got his employees from Nola. So if I have to do all the work to place my order myself why am I still paying the same price?

I use this McDonald’s most of all my morning with me being a manager at a mechanic shop down the street. It’s convenient and easy to stop on my way in. However, todays expirience was the worst. Tried to make 3 simple seperate orders for my co workers 2 items MAX on each order and was told to come inside. Okay it’s still early I understand as I went inside. However I put in my orders inside and waited nearly 40 min till someone finally decided to help me and hand me my first order. As I proceeded to try to tell them I still needed to pay for 2 of my other orders but no one has came up to help me yet I was told “”we’ll that’s gonna have to wait”” instead of asking what I had ordered and tried to help me. Keep in mind the lobby wasn’t busy as it was me and another lady waiting. As I then finally got to pay for my last two orders the manager on shift this morning was rude, didn’t fulfil the rest of my orders correctly and proceeded to give me rude looks as I was just waiting for my food to get back to my co workers. As a manager myself I would atleast suspect some decency in every work place with their managers.

Really need to work on customer service. Came in to order breakfast with my two small children. 10 minutes before 10:30 and went to use the automated computer to order. The touch screen wasn’t working and I had an employee walk past me several times and never greeted me or asked if I need any kind of assistance. Then after struggling with the computer breakfast was over and nobody still wanted to assist me in getting an order they were just very adamant about the fact that breakfast was over and they kept going about their business and they didn’t even care that I left the store. I would’ve given one star but this store was somewhat clean so I’ll give them credit for that.

They won't answer drivethrough orders if they don't feel like it. Went there at 10, drivethrough closed at 12. They ignored me. Went around 3 seperate times to try to get their attention. Lazy, unprofessional. Fire your night crew, they're horrendous.Food: 3/5

They may have a new look on the outside of the establishment but nothing has changed on the inside.  Take the icees off the menu when you don't even have an icee machine.  Are you being forced to use stale buns?  Are you being forced to sell overcooked fish fillets?  At least the fries  are still a favorite.Food: 2/5
