Our drinks came out quickly and were all correct. I'm impressed with this new Starbucks so far. I had heard multiple complaints from various people, but I can't say I share those experiences. All of the employees were kind and helpful. I'm not sure I feel comfortable taking my dually pickup through the drive thru, though..it looks like a tight fit. Other than that, everything was great :

In the middle of the mall, traditional Starbucks store. Public restrooms, not key or code number to go in. Clean and well maintained indoor and outdoor furniture.  Air conditioner at the right level, perfect to take a break on your road trip on 59US north.  I ordered my Ice Honey Almond milk flat latte with light ice and 2 espresso shots. It's spring baby!  Features: Workers take temperature when start the shift. Some of them use facemask

Thank you  I was happy with my service here, Happy with the extra care, happy with the sharing of app knowledge very happy to be respected and not talked down to.  This location 8s off to a great start. I wish upon everyone to share in a Fantabulous experience as I have.  As of 04/22 This place stays up to par! A s.ight mistake on my online order, yet it was rectified immediately! Thank you!  Keep up the continuous great work.

I've only been to this location a few times. The first time they mixed up my drink order and added a ridiculous amount of Splenda to my regular coffee. I returned into the store after going through the drive through and they made my order correctly and apologized. It wasn't a big deal. The next time I went they remembered me and made sure that my drink was correct before I left the store. What wonderful customer service! It's not about the mistakes we make but how we fix them the next time. Awesome stuff

I love the patience and how knowledgeable the staff are… The wide variety does make it hard to choose from, but overall cleanliness and friendliness is 5 stars… I have only had one bad coffee because they put 3 extra shots of espresso instead of mocha lol  I didn’t go to sleep though

On thanksgiving morning at 0500 in a small country town and they are the only company open to get some coffee! I’ll give you five stars all day long. Great coffee nice staff.

Drinks were good but my cup was filled halfway with foam. I ordered a large hot carmel. Both drinks too much foam. Not enough coffee.Food: 4/5

Orders are always correct, be prepared to wait a long time 20-30 is a usual wait time. Cake pops are either out or melted. They are friendly and professional. But still have much room to improve drive through experience.

I've been frequenting Starbucks coffee shops for 25 years and have always been satisfied with my order and the service i received. However, I am super disappointed in the new Livingston store. I went in foe a simple order. The floor and counters were dirty, I waited over 10 minutes for them to pour a glass of green tea, and the tea tasted old and sour...very disappointed.
