As someone who grew up in point pleasant Beach New Jersey who frequented the original Mikes subs location, I'm honored to have one close to where I currently live in Louisiana. The standard subs Italians roast beef and cheese steaks are just as good as I remember from many years past no complaints about the franchise and it is run well that is the deception of the amount of meat that the sandwich is made with now versus a month and a half ago.... I understand the sharp rise in the cost of ingredients to make a sub sandwich, as everything else has increased in our current reality, but I was both shocked and dismayed to discover that my go to sandwich selection "Roast Beef & Provolone" appeared to be a tad shy of it's normal girth this time around, and upon further inspection I quickly discovered the culprit.... It was missing half the amount of Roast Beef, again I understand the need to increase prices for certain food items but it appeared that the price had increased and amount of roast beef used, was reduced and there lies my problems. If you make a sandwich that's popular and price must increase, increase the damn price! Don't increase the price and remove half of the roast beef
This was our first time, and at first I thought it was a little pricey for not being a normal footlong but after eating just half my wife and I both were pleased and took both our other half their 8 inch home. Service was great and they were very informative as to the favorites. We will be back and recommend you try them. NO negatives.
HOW could a sandwich be better? I don't know! We've probably eaten in 6 or 7 JM's across the country - all have been excellent . We haven't discovered better, and we grew up in sandwich/po-boy holy land ~ New Orleans
Jersey Mike's subs are GREAT. But please, please, pretty please, could you make sure you're making your online orders correctly? Ours has been wrong twice in the last 2 weeks. First time, sub completely forgotten. Second time, sub made wrong and picky kid unhappy. When you're literally filling out a detailed form for your order online and and doing all the work up front, it would be nice for you to make it correctly and not forget things. Please do better. And absolutely, there are MANY more things that are wrong in the world. This is small potatoes. But.....pretty please? : Food fantastic! When it's right.
Friendly, helpful staff and delicious food! Quick, easy and consistently good. Highly recommend this place for a great sandwich!
The only place we've found in Louisiana that can make a real Philly cheese steak, minus the red & green peppers. Always fast and hot
Mushroom sub is the best. I also get the super sub. Always fresh, and nice staff, fast service.Food: 5/5
The employees are always so nice and helpful when my family comes in. The restaurant is always very clean. We love visiting this location. The food also seems to look much better at this location.
The servers took good care of us and made us a great sandwich! They had an incident occur between two patrons while we were in the store and they handled it with great professionalism. I hope the manager sees this and gives them the accolades they deserve and maybe a raise, too!
My wife and I stopped over after shopping at home goods. I got the chicken philly and my wife the Italian. Both were amazing sandwiches. Full of flavor and the owner seems very nice.
