This is one of the very best bubble tea shops I've ever visited. The owners are so kind and cheery. The drinks were expertly and carefully prepared, and tasted fantastic. Awesome experience for our first time.   Staff was very helpful.   We got 3 different milk teas with pearls and 1 fruit smoothie.   All were delicious.   Will definitely come back to try other items.   Also have Italian sodas.   Something for everyone.   The place is small and cozy but they do have some small tables and a couch to relax at.

The staff are friendly and they have a really good tea! It's our 2nd time going there today. Last week we had strawberry and okinawa blended mill tea, today we had hokkaido iced milk tea and blended taro milk tea. Definitely recommend this place!  Edit: must try their thai green tea!!  If you don't know what to get, or if it's your first time. I'd recommend Okinawa, Hokkaido, matcha or nagasaki with pearls and lychee popping, or lychee jelly

Tea Time Cafe NOLA is hands down the best boba tea shop I've ever had. The drinks are so delicious and I feel so lucky to have found this place. The environment is so inviting and the vibe at this place is so positive. The owners are so sweet and friendly, they instantly make you feel invited. I've tried their milk based and water based teas and they're both so good. It's here where I discovered that I can combine the popping boba with the regular tapioca boba...where was that all of my life. Highly recommend this place to everyone, you will not be disappointed because there are so many combinations they can create for you.

Just tried for the first time today and the gentleman that took my order was excellent. He was very kind and informative. The drinks tasted great and the prices were better than competing tea shops. I also got a better portion size. So this place is fantastic!

I visit here regularly and everytime they remember my name and face and ask how I've been. I've even been given a free drink once bc they "take car of our regulars." always so nice to go. my favorites are the Thai tea blended with tapioca pearls, or the strawberry milk tea with lychee jellies.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND!! Omg I love this place so much!!! It’s my go-to for boba tea. I get it a 4 because if you get a jumbo milk tea, your stomach will hurt. That is my only concern though. Amazing service, workers are so nice and friendly. They have many options to choose from. You can mix and match jelly’s, popping, tapioca pearls, different milk tea flavors and more. They always have something playing in the background where you can watch a show while you wait. The wait isn’t that long, but it is still nice to have. Prices are a little high but good overall.

Best boba, and customer service around so far! I grew up in Japan, so I absolutely LOVE the Japanese inspired names for their drinks!

Ive been a customer since they opened. Very Friendly owners. The caramel milkshake is my favorite.
