This quick trip sucks. Usually service is great and employees are friendly, hence why I go there. The last few times I’ve gone they have NO TEA at all out of the many flavors they have.This is in the middle of the afternoon. I asked today if they just weren’t doing it anymore at this location and the employee told me they were being cleaned. With what? Air? There was nothing in them. Many people tried using them. I know how tea urns are cleaned I work in food service.There was no tuned of any kind in any of the urns there was NOTHING in them.Also why do they all need to be “cleaned” at the same time during a peak rush? I’m over people being mean and insolent just because. If you don’t want to make the tea find a job where you don’t have to.

Charged $22.00 more for and item then other competitors.  When asked to return for a refund we were told QT does not take returns on merchandise.  Never will go there again and will tell all others not to buy from them anywhere. And the clerks were rude.

Always clean and almost always fully stocked. Friendly staff.

Hats off to the amazing staff at 13099 Tesson Ferry QT! Taylor and Angel were working feverishly to get all the orders prepared. They had a great personality with beautiful smiles to match. Taylor went the extra mile to get a carry tote so my ice creams wouldn’t get all over in the car. Thank you, Jay for greeting all the customers as they entered the store. Jay’s outgoing personality was a pleasant surprise as people were coming in with heavy hearts. What a pleasure to enter an establishment with so much positivity! Thank you QT for hiring the most caring staff!

Workers need to inform their customers of what deals that they have going on at the kitchen.  Also I did not get any whip cream in my latte which is kind of upsetting even when I ordered for extra I know it's not a big deal but it is whenever you work in the medical field and you just want to get one thing right lol

The darling girl who always makes the shakes and pretzels  she's fast, sweet and always gets it perfect. I'm aways in a hurry and she has it ready every time. Love this QT. Thx

I was asked to leave after shopping and waiting inline the lady behind the counter asked about a mask and tried to give me one with her bare hands and did not wash them first I have a medical issue and can't ware a mask I was told that I couldn't be in the store

Always clean with friendly workers. Tea is fresh every time I buy it here. Never busy when I go at different times throughout the day.

Covid is at its high peak right now and the person preparing the food on Thanksgiving night in the kitchen wasn't wearing the mass this disregard for safety for its customers will not ever go there again

Because they are the ONLY Gas or Convenience on the North side of 21 in StL County
