Careless workers. Ordered a black bean chalupasupposedly vegetarian and had to bite into chicken pieces. The worker at the window confirmed there was no meat in it.
Ordered on mobile to show up with about 6 people in the lobby just standing there. We all waited, and waited... the employees were all cooking and helping the drive thru. After about 5-10 minutes a couple of us asked an employee to check on our orders. 10 minutes went by, a Manager stated they only have 3 people working. A few people left. Nobody really paying attention to the lobby, and finally after about 25 minutes, I asked about my order again, finally received it, and it was partially wrong. She fixed it and I went on my way. If you are short handed, fine, but at least greet the customers, show that you are handling it, etc. This was a disgrace and I'd be surprised if this Taco Bell stays in business. Hopefully corporate and the district mgr reads this, because I would be completely embarrassed if this was my store. The location was a mess too. Napkins almost empty, hardly any sauce packets, trash on counter, fountain pop not working. TERRIBLE.
Very clean Taco Bell! Nice staff. Fast service with fresh & hot food for late night service.
Please learn to read, no sour cream means exactly that. I understand not hearing the order in the drive thru but an online order is clearly wrote out. It was not even complicated, no sour cream on anything and it was only one type of burrito.
Service was terrible the whole time, the young male working the resigner was annoyed with us the second we stepped up. Forgot our drinks and when trying to get their attention walked past. Order 1 fountain pop, 1 freeze never gave the freeze just two cups. The wait is also about 20 mins so dont stop here unless you wanna wait
It's becoming impossible at peak lunchtime to order and receive your food in under 30 minutes including mobile ordering. Last visit doors were locked and it took 20 minutes to receive my mobile order after arriving. Only option was to wait in the drive thru line in order to do so. Order from this location at peak times at your own risk if you're pressed for time!
Terrible. Was our first time at this location and will be our last. Went through the drive through and the girl working the window handed us the wrong drink which is okay and got an attitude when we told her it was the wrong drink. Also the manager working 12/4 at 2:00 was very very unprofessional and yelled so loud at the girl and to us when we asked for sauce. Will not be back.
I work with a associate who works with me on the midnight shift we go to lunch at 1am so I call every Monday cuz we travel to three different Home Depot an every time I call on my way into work on Mondays to see what time they open till every time same awnser 12am yet on their website it says til 3am an also on google it says 3am they need to either ask for help or change their hrs on their site an on google this is really getting ridiculous I have seen other Taco Bell’s during peek hrs run on a three man crew but yet at 1am they still in there doing god knows what maybe milking the clock u tell me three people can’t handle maybe at the most five to ten customers between the hours of 12am til 3am you guys must be ashamed of yourself
This Taco Bell Sucks! Never gives you hot sauce with order even when you distinctly state you want hot sauce! Especially on Door Dash!
I should've got more though because I waited too long to eat. First time I used the new touch screen to order. Interesting. I was so happy to get to eat my food inside.Food: 5/5
