6:30 pm no soup at all. Hardly any vegetables on my sub, so cheap. Rotten black olives. They would not get fresh olives , just an oh well who cares attitude. Eat fresh,ok. Maybe some place else. Sad state of business at subway outer drive Allen Park Mi.
The best Subway me and my family love coming here for their personal pizzas they smell and taste amazing and you can get any toppings you want on it for only $5! People are always shocked when they find out that Subway has pizzas lmao they've had it for several years people just not all of them but most do you can check by going on their website. They have really good lemonade now too! All the employees are very nice and service is quick, also it's always clean inside, couldn't ask for more!

A couple months ago this place was very good. When I ask for something extra they would put me a good amount but now ,when I make orders and put extra they barely put any. I made an order of 2 subs one had a couple different items that was not asked on the other sub. When I got it ,i said extra but there wasn't a lot on the sub and they made the 2 subs the same when which wasn't my order. I don't know if they are short staffed or something but the quality went down tremendously.
The food was good but the workers are so slow I waited 27 minutes with only two people in front of me before I was checked out I have never waited that long at any subway before needless to say I won’t be returning.
I have no qualms about the speed of my service, however I did not appreciate the disrespectful attitude of the manager. As someone who has worked at Subway in the past and also carefully reads the fine print on coupons, being told that I could only use one coupon per customer is a blatant lie. No where on the coupon does it state that. It says ' One coupon per qualifying items' meaning that if I come in with 2 of these coupons, I can purchase 2 subs with this deal. Fortunately after some back and forth I was able to use both coupons in 2 separate transactions, something I could understand doing if it was a computer issue, but for some reason the manager just wanted to give me a hard time and was unaware of the rules that are in place on the companies coupons. A very frustrating experience that's for sure, and something I never encountered when I worked for Subway. Hopefully they will be aware of the deals details in the future.
I tried my daughters garlic chicken and like it my only reason for ordering what I received was a cold un toasted bacon ranch with raw bacon on it . With a note saying out of garlic . Totally unsatisfied
Staff was very kind. My sandwich was fixed perfectly. I will definitely return.
Blake helped me today, not only was he communicative about being the ONLY person working today he was kind and provided above excellent customer service. He deserves a raise in my opinion. These five stars are for Blake.
Picked up an online order and the oven roasted chicken breast was ice cold on both my sandwiches. They say it was due to the time it took to pick up the order, but its easy to tell because the cheese is not melted at all which tells me the chicken was never warmed in the first place. The breast should never be colder than my veggies.
