Absolutely terrible service. Drive thru was packed so we went inside to order. Sat for 30 minutes waiting for our food. While we were waiting we witnessed a mother with her toddler complaining that she had been waiting in the drive thru for a long time only to get the wrong order. The manager did not offer her nor anyone a gift card or discount for the inconveniences. When we confronted the manager about their service she did not apologize but just started doing something else rather than listen to us this McDonald's is in desperate need of new management.

I came to McDonald's on my way back to Kansas and I simply ordered a plain hamburger with ketchup only. So as I get my burgers I noticed that no one could seem to count and gave me two of my four hamburgers I had ordered. Then when I asked him about it the lady or man or whatever it was If I could get my correct hamburgers with the other hamburgers she rolled her eyes at me walked away and didn't come back until she proceed to tell me that the cooks couldn't understand my order which was very simple. Over all not impressed with the stupidity off the work staff at all would give 0 stars if I could

The amount of time you have to wait to be served is nonsense. They pay way too much attention to drive-thru customers and not those inside. Not there often. Just enjoy the taste of "juicy" burgers and fries.
