Super contemporary decor and enthusiastic helpful staff! Too bad I didn't take a snapshot. I am not a regular McDonald's customer. I needed to stop and stretch my legs. The bathroom is immaculately clean. Intended to get a coffee and ended up ordering one of their artisan burgers. The owner of this McDonald's can be very proud of the investment of training and attention to detail in making this location a pleasure for the customer. P.S. If the burgers were lower in sodium, I eat better more often.

My main complaint about this McDonald's is it is the ONLY McDonald's in West Michigan that skimps on the fries, pop, frappe and etc. When I ask for a large frappe, nearly half of it is empty. When I ask for a large fry, nearly half of it is empty. If they can forget a fry that you ordered, you'll drive all the way home and come to find out that a fry is missing. I think they intentionally gyp you and cheap you, so the owner(s) can save a few pennies. Avoid this McDonald's if you can. It's a poor excuse for a fast food restaurant. For the price, I can eat at a small business for practically the same price as McDonald's if not cheaper. Not clean either. Dirty restroom and dirty lobby. They got rid of their old janitor. The employees are pretty decent for the most part.

I drive my corvettes in the middle of the night and I cruise in to this Mcdonalds to feed my face, always friendly and promt sevice. Only complaint to be picky would be serving breakfast menu too early, serve hamburgers and fries at all hours, also the breakfast burrito was the best item at breakfast and they quite selling them. so at breakfast menu time I cannot get a hamburger cannot get French fries and now I cant even get my breakfast burrito and I drive away with nothing so I eat nothing which in hindsite is healthyier and I should be thanking you for not selling what I want at breakfast time. thanks really for denying me what I want to eat., your welcome, RBjr

Nice place but waited 25 minutes for food. They did not give us a heads up when we were ordering, or we would have kept driving. 25 minutes.... we could have pulled out our grill and make food faster.

Lots of employees but only ONE register open. Stood in line 7 minutes, waited on at 11:59 and got 1 LG. ice tea, 1 chocolate milk, 4 pc. nuggets and sausage mcmuffin at 12:15. hum...you try this with a 6 yr. old that wants to play
