Well like others before me have said. The food was great and even better prices. It was some of the best neighborhood soul food l have ever had. They even had some creative and good signature dishes. However the service needs some work. I called in my order 20 mins ago but they were out of green beans so they didn't start it untill l got there. I believe the practice is not to make food till the person gets there. They messed up my order , that was forgiven because the Mac and cheese was good mess up. The lady on the tried but failed at customer service but seemed genuinely interested in trying to be a good order taker...will definitely come back when in a good mood or not starving

The food is great! But the service sucks. The hours listed on the menu and website, are not the hours.... They answer the phone when they want to. If you get lucky and someone answers, they leave you on hold. I work at a medical office and the Doctor and staff loves to eat here, but we always end ordering from Panera Bread because we can never get through on the phone....smh

Dear Mr. Yousef, I have nothing bad to say about your food. It was edible and states better than most of these corner "Soulfood" places near by. I appreciate real food anytime of the day. However, I do have issues with your staff and the quality of service received. First, I waited 45 minutes for cold food. There was no attempt to reheat or even microwave the food. Secondly, the young lady at the counter wearing a bonnet, was rude and inconsiderate. Along with the lack of hair nets and gloves, her behavior and the way she spoke to customers was very disappointing. She and another young lady behind the counter told a paying customer "Beggers can not be choosy" when questioned about the order not being correct. Finally, To stay open as long as you do on a Saturday night,there is probably a lot of preparation to be done. We came around dinner time and were told "we are out of...." basically everything. I believe in patronizing black owned and local businesses. I left a restaurant in Dearborn to come to your establishment based on a recommendation. Please work on your staff. The food was decent, but the service was definitely terrible.

That Alfredo potatoe is HIGHLY over rated worst potatoe I’ve ever eaten!! Stir fry only depending on what you like tough steak, over cooked chicken but seasoned very well!! What a waste of money😡
