I attended an Alumni Meet and Greet yesterday at this establishment. In spite of our Alumni President calling to confirm our event with the manager 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived our expectations were NOT met. In speaking with the manager he confirmed a D.J, Karaoke, and additional wait staff to handle the large expected crowd. This is an annual event that we've had at this location for the last 4 years. We arrived to set up and were greeted by the District Manager who had no idea we were coming and there was nothing in the books to indicate our event. The manager that confirmed the event was conveniently not there. After setting up we were told that there was NOT going to be a Dj and NO Karaoke!! They also stated that they haven't had those services in over a year, which we knew was a lie because we had them last year. In addition, there was not enough waitresses and one of them had the crappiest attitude!! She maintained this behavior the whole night!! If an organization is bringing in 200+ customers on a Thursday and has been doing so for years certain accommodations should be met! After this it's doubtful that we'll be returning. We'll take our business elsewhere.

I've attended this location, only twice, but the second time, of course, we're "commanded" to show our I'd, which I understand, but my purse?? I felt a little violated with the bouncer checking my purse, but my friends and I sat down, it took about fifteen minutes for us to be acknowledged, then the waitress didn't have the best attitude. We barely were being checked on to see if we were enjoying our food and drinks. Thankfully, I enjoyed the margarita and wings, but the service was lousy and tacky. I will not be attending this location again.

Horrible service! I was there from shortly after 8pm until 11pm and was only able to get one beer. The extensive wait for a drink discouraged me from even trying to order food. I was there for an alumni event. Because of the lack of communication amongst the management my alumni association wasn't taken care of per their agreement. They definitely knew we were coming with some heavy numbers and yet the place wasn't staffed to accommodate our crowd. Just an overall bad experience for me. I ended up leaving hungry and still very sober. One drink in almost three hours??? How do you do that at a bar??? Smh.
