Used to be pretty good, but service has gone downhill lately. The interior is revamped, and has kiosk ordering stations that you can take your time with, which I think is a great idea, however they still can't seem to get my order right which I find very frustrating. I have been there many times simply because it is convenient and close, but I have given up completely on the drive thru because my order is ALWAYS wrong. I am about to give up on the entire restaurant itself here shortly unless this turns around.
There are some good employees there, Laura is awesome, intelligent, attentive, expedient, and makes sure your order is right, however on the other side of the spectrum, there is a guy that likes to wear makeup, blush, lipstick etc. who is more concerned with his appearance than your food. 
I honestly don't think its hard to read a printout and fill a bag based on the printout, but for some reason they just can't do it.

I don't come to McDonalds for a fine dining experience, I come because I like the food, and don't have much time, so to have to go back to correct my order everytime is not cool, and I have better things to do.

Remodel and cleanliness is the only decent thing here, the drive through takes forever even when there’s 3 people!Service has gone downhill also...and food is a C-

The lady at the first window was very helpful, but at the second window when I came back because they gave me my order badly, the manager gave us the food (some rude attitude ) and when we thank es him he just said "mjm" very rude. They need to improve customer service

Do not go to the McDonald's in GATESVILLE...poor quality of food and management....roaches in your sandwiches... maggots on your food... meat missing from your hamburger...how's that possible...do not buy here...ill never go to another McDonald's

My mother had problems with walking and the manager, Alicia was very nice and understanding. Garret was very wonderful.
