I frequent this pace a lot but will probably stop coming here now. The carhops are friendly and food is okay but the people who take the orders are pretty rude. I always speak my order clearly and usually get a 'what was that?' Then.,'anything else'? Today I tried to order and literally had to repeat myself 5 times, to the point I was nearly yelling at the speaker. When I repeated 'fruit punch' for the,3rd time, and got a,dumbfounded, ' you want a coke?' I just gave up and drove away. Not sure if it's a speaker issue or they can't understand English, either way I'll be thinking twice about coming back.

Worst service ever! I will definitely NOT be back. First of all, when I tried to order, the girl taking the order was not even paying attention. She was having a conversation with someone inside while "taking my order". Then, when i asked if the sundae comes with whipped cream or nuts, she replied " ugh..... noooooo".  (which it does come with whipped cream) We waited for 20 minutes for them to bring it out, and by that time they were a melted mess and had hot fudge all over the outside of the containers. The carhop handed me the sundaes and looked at me and crumpled the receipt. I said "is" and she interrupted me and said "Don't have any wet naps" then i said "is that my receipt?" She said "yeah you want it?" I said yes and she tossed it at me and ran back inside. This place is ridiculous! Is there no kind of adult supervision? Rude to customers? Great way to lose customers.

Great food and prices. Always good service from friendly staff. I visit at least five times a week and have always been satisfied. Cooks deserve a raise.

Not impressed. I stopped in to get food for me and my family of 6. As I was ordering the person taking my order was very short. We had to wait a while for the food which is understandable since we ordered over $50 worth. The car hop came to the back window pushed 3 drinks in a carrier through the open window into my 10 year olds lap and said here are your drinks handed me a bag of food said here's your food and walked off. I quickly realized we were short 3 drinks and a medium fry. Called them back and they said we have them right here we will get it right out. My kids got slushes which were almost all the way melted. It looked like they were made before the food and just sat there melting while they got the food ready. The food itself was stale.

You order food and they don't say thank you and sound so miserable while you order. Food is ok but definitely need to work on customer service.
