The staff has changed. The atmosphere has dampened. I have a severe food allergy and my order was wrong. It happens, but the manager thought it was a good idea to tell me what was safe for me. She proceeded to tell me "well other people have eaten this without problems." It was rude and thoughtless. As a manager in a restaurant she should better educate herself on safety for those with food allergies and be willing to listen to the customer as everyone with an allergy is different.

Food was decent and fairly priced. Server was below par. He didn't understand the concept of a rotating tap. We asked him what beers were available, he ran through the typical national brands. I asked what local beers they had available (I can't make this up), his response was"what are you looking for?" He hands us the green card with the beers, listed under drafts is rotating beer. I asked him what the rotating beer was, his response "I don't know." To a causal observer, this would seem like a good time to go check. That's not what we got; we never did find out what the rotating beer tap could have been. Instead the five of us just ordered off the green card. When the food arrived, it was a few degrees above room temperature. Any time we were looking for him, he was usually sitting in a booth with another customer(?). No plans to rush back anytime soon.

We love to eat at Razoo's! The food is great, the bread pudding is my absokute fave, and the service has been amazing...especially if you get Shane. He is what makes it all the best experience ever!

Our waitress was Kaitlyn and she was absolutely awesome and the food was amazing our waitress new how to make conversation and she was the best waitress we've had since Moving to Texas! And I would definitely request her

Service was very good. Food came out fast. And it was DELICIOUS. I was scared to eat here as me and my husband are picky eaters, but it was so well cooked and well seasoned. Definitely will be returning! (We both had the blackened chicken pasta, and our friend had the Jambalaya pasta).
