Breakfast at this place is fantastic. I always do the 'build your own breakfast sandwich'. I get 2 eggs (over easy), American cheese, & locally made sausage, in a home made biscuit - for only $5.50!!
The entire thing tastes other worldly. They have hot sauce (Sriracha and another type) which is great for people like me who would bathe in the stuff.
Everything is served on real plates with real forks to utensils.
It's the price of McDonald's for food that's a thousand times better. Atmosphere is nice as well.

Thank you Watershed Cafe! We recently ordered some light breakfast items for our monthly remodeling seminars; it was a big hit among both attendees and employees. Everything tasted and looked great, especially the apple strudel pie. Highly recommend!

Love the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. The tamales they serve are amazing.  Looking forward to trying more lunch and dinner options, since we usually go for breakfast.

Great place for cyclists to take a coffee (and egg sandwich) break. Really nice decor and friendly fast service.

This is a gem in Poolesville! Fresh, locally-sourced ingredients (and you can see the kitchen just behind the till) and warm, personable staff.  Great place to refuel after a solid bike ride! I should add: the coffee is very good.
