We love this restaurant! A great place in Poolesville for a hot meal. The bar is small, but fun. Great place!

Really great food. Not chain food but home-cooked. Menu changes regularly for lots of variety.

It was our first visit and we decided to sit outside at noon on a nice Wednesday. Poorly muffled cars and large trucks pulling away from the adjacent stop sign we're very noisy.

Our server forgot to enter our crab and artichoke dip appetizer. A sandwich order (no mayo, to be split between two kids) came dressed with mayo and had to go back. A request for more cold water was forgotten.

The food we got was pretty good but not worth a return visit, in my opinion.

Love, love, love Bassett's! Great food with easy to convert to vegan options! Quaint, comfortable atmosphere inside, with outdoor covered seating. Perfect for a drive out to the country on the weekend. Close to Sugarloaf Mountain.

Always the classic county restaurant with surprisingly great food. Every single time.
Great for lunch paired with a trip to Lewis Orchard for local fruits & vegetables.
