When we entered the restaurant an elderly couple was complaining about napkins, and quite frankly it went down from there. There was no ice in the pop machine, the area surrounding it was a disaster. They had ice in the back, and were making iced coffees. When we told the woman at the register she replied "Well I told them to fill it earlier." The small/medium lids were gone, save one left discarded in the large section. Upon going to sit down and eating our food, we found a large wad of gum stuck to the top of the table. Then as if it couldn't get any worse, a man who we've seen frequently bumming money comes in. We have never seen this man order food, and he was pestering us and other customers for money. This man reeked, the smell was so heavy it was sickening. We quickly finished and on the way out I went to use the restroom. There was not a shred of toilet paper left and the trash cans were over flowing. We will never return to this location for service, we will now go to the Burger King across the street.

Parking lot and drive thru is set up in an inconvenient manner. Nice outdoor patio. My order was fine. The woman in front of me was getting her dine in order and said she was missing her small fry. The employee said "she didn't ring you up for a small fry" and walked away. There was a long line and the woman had small children with her. Something should have been done to either remedy the situation or handle it in a more delicate and less rude manner.

Very annoyed. The tall girl with blonde hair screws up my orders and coupon all the time. I am super nice when I say something she dismissed it and acts very rude instead of owning up to it. SMH agrivates me when it's my money she csrews up with coupons.

Was very surprised walked in to get meal and ask about applications and if this location was hiring. The young lady behind register at time was very polite and went to ask. I'm assuming a manager or supervisor. The manager was very rude didn't want to answer to tell her when they have walk-in and when she gave me my meal . She just put it on counter didn't call number didn't say anything to me and just walked away. I've been in customer service for few years and couldn't believe that the cashiers who most likely get less pay treat there customers with more respect then the managers. Not a good example to be showing those who might be in business less time.

Service at this location is spotty at best. Staff has a poor attitude towards costumers there are better stores near by.
