I have been a loyal customer for years, thankfully I have never had to interact with management, unfortunately on Monday I went through the car wash and when I left I stopped to put gas and noticed my taillight bottom was broke!! I went back and talked to the manager, extremely rude and he had odacity to tell me the side of the car had some scratches so he said it was probably broken before, I had to talk over him finally so he could be quiet, I stated he must be an expert in accidents and damages to cars..... Not!! not once did he apologize, his own employee that sprayed my car before acknowledged that the taillight was not broken before. He stated he would talk to the owner and go from there and did not state a time line, I asked him to resolve this by Friday, again he has no idea how to be a manager and treat loyal customers or customers period based on all the negative feedback ..... I will pursue this to the fullest, taillight is 61.00 I spend well over that going twice a week with 4 cars. I'm sure he will tell the owner his expertise version.  I will change my rating if they do the correct thing. We shall see if they contact me today.

**** Update , they never contacted me! That's okay I found another car wash off 380 and 75 by Target, they are amazing, cheaper and great customer service!!! ******

I love this car wash. Every time I've gone they've done a good job with fair prices. I've even been surprised at how quickly they've gotten my car done when I thought the wait would be crazy due to the line of cars.

Great car wash for a quick run through and wipe off. $10 wash n' wheel deal is fantastic and the car always comes out looking good. I just wish they had more people working to get the cars through faster after the wash. Other than that, love this car wash.

As a former employee I'd have to say, just being around this place was the experience ever. I'd never work nor bring my car to be cleaned here. And apparently all you have to do is know someone that works here and Matt will give your check away to anyone whom ask. Employee's are not at all properly trained we were told to just pick up towels and wipe off cars when the light goes off in some cases which it won't. Matt also stole not only mine but my brothers tip share, when confronted he said it was the company's money and they can do whatever they want with it and told me personally he kept it because he felt we didn't deserve it. Even though we worked for it. The corporate office is no better, I reached out to them over a month ago and still haven't heard anything back from them. This place is nothing more than a place for kids to get robbed by the crooks they work for. I worked there a couple weeks and only seen Matt twice and both times were to pick up money then leave. He'll hire you forget about you then rob you if you don't know any better. Worst part about it though is Matt's lack of respect to the employee's, we worked out in the cold all day just to have him tell us he wasn't ordering any company jackets because the summer was about to come. Make sense no but, when you're the boss I guess that's how you can do people in McKinney, Texas because that's the only place I've ever heard of anything like this. I also went to work in the rain while we were supposed to be closed just to get extra training and do you know what that training was? Rod the other manager told me to wash all the towels and then insisted on explaining the difference between what cloth feels like wet vs dry for an hour. 
My advice to anyone who sees this place is to keep going and pull up to the closest shell car wash you can find. You'll get a better wash and way better service.
I will be posting the audio clip of Matt intentionally braking the law and showing no remorse or concern for his actions. Stay tuned for more details. We will not stop until justice is served.

Usually go to the car wash at 75 & 380 but decided to give Finish Line a try. Middle of the week, non-holiday, 2:00 p.m. Terrible mistake. Paid $24 for the 'works' package. Six cars in front of me to get into the tunnel, one guy working. Pulled around and saw both lanes filled with cars. Waited until I could get in line, parked my car and looked the scene over. Two people, a man and a woman team, working hard as they could to do the impossible (get the cars serviced and the customers out in a reasonable time). After twenty minutes with no sign of help for these two, I got in my car and left. Should I ever decide to try them again, first thing I will check is the staffing level.
