Al Spencer is a con artist, a liar, and he hires crackheads/drunks to come out and fix on the property. I've had people show up to my resident drunk and high. They also bring their buddies along while they are supposed to be fixing the house. Nothing is ever completely fixed, they leave trash and tools behind, and you're stuck with the mess. I'm surprised this is even considered a business. Don't rent from here!!!

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0...Al Spencer never checked on our property when we left him in charge but was surely paid monthly. After we dismissed him he CONTINUED to use my husbands SSN for some reason. I can't begin to tell the complete horror story on online..but just stay away.

In August 2014 I met my biological father for the first time at McLain Realty.  Al Spencer, my father thought that he would be showing some property to a friend of mine but instead he was shown the child he created 57 years ago!  I gave him a copy of my birth certificate with his name on it as the father. I will always remember McLain Realty for being the place that I finally saw my father's face!
