I would highly recommend integrity auto to anyone looking for a car or needing work done on there car! I have been going to integrity auto for about 4 years and have always a positive experience. I never buy my cars anywhere else nor do I go anywhere else to get work done on my car! They have a wonderful team! In my past experience I have always paid an outrageous price for parts and labor at other local garages and then I started going to integrity auto and realized I was being over charged at those other places. Integrity is great cheap and reliable when you need them.

I live halfway between Burlington and Sheldon and my wife and I take our cars to Integrity Auto for all of our service needs.  Mike is always quick to respond to appointment requests and he and his team offer top notch service at a great price.  
Highly Recommended!

Recently bought a car from Mike, the owner, and while he was accommodating and helpful initially, things have gone seriously down hill since. 
He was always very difficult to get a hold of, even as we were attempting to conduct the sale. He never answered the phone, and would not call me back, even though I was offering to pay in full for a nearly new vehicle only 2 years old. Apparently cold hard cash was not a motivator for him.
I was about to forget about the sale until he called back and made many excuses. Either way, I had the money and he had the vehicle I wanted so we made a deal.
He promised that if I were to ever have any trouble with the vehicle, to call him and we would work something out. 

Fast forward to the other day. I've only had the car for 3 months. The vehicles check engine light came on, and the ABS brakes locked up. Obviously there is something wrong with the sensor or the electronic system. 
My first call was to Mike to hear some advice and hopefully set up an appointment to get it looked at. Guess what? Not only did he not answer either his cell phone or his work phone, but he has since failed to call me back.

Even though I got a very good deal on my vehicle, the service and especially the communication have been extremely disappointing. Because of these things I would advise people to avoid this business and shop elsewhere.
