Suits are of standard quality, but expensive. My salesman was not interested in sales that were offered in the newspaper or online, saying he ignores them. He also became uninterested in me when I said I wanted a suit for under $350. Said there were only a small group of suits in that category and none were my size (I am a 42 regular). When I pointed out several suits (not sport jackets) with prices in my range, he said those were the prices of the jackets only and that the pants were additional.

We went in to shop around for suits for a wedding. One salesman promised a buy one get one deal on 4 suits, only to have another salesman contradict him shortly after. The initial salesman stood by his deal, taking about 2 hours of our time talking our ears off about various related and unrelated anecdotes (a clear attempt to ingratiate himself to us for what came next). Hours after we entered the store, the salesman finally makes a call to corporate regarding his proposed buy one get one deal. He claimed the corporate offices said the best offer would be a buy one get one half off deal. We walked out after this, as this call could have been made hours earlier. The salesman also attempted to hurry us along while trying on the suits, in a clear effort to get us out the door with suits that would need alterations. We did not appreciate the underhanded and dishonest business dealings and the time which was wasted. We would not recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Tailor was a complete b****. The guy who greeted me was no help at all and made it seem like my simple request was a huge ordeal. Disappointing to say the least.

Very unhelpful. We ordered a tux for a wedding and was supposed to ship it to the wedding City. They never did. Day of wedding went to pick it up the day of the wedding and no tux. They never shipped it. Called and they were no help trying to resolve the situation. Never again
