I was in desperate need of a new battery, and they provided one at a relatively fair price. I mean, if you have the time, you can probably find a better price. The people there seemed nice and competent. Although they were busy and told me I had to come back in two hours to have my battery installed. I was worried that my car wouldn't start in order to get back there. With the tools they have, it should've been a 10 minute job max. I would've been very annoyed if I had been stuck at home with a dead battery. 
Also one of the customer service reps didn't know that Pennsylvania cars don't have a licence plate in the front. That didn't exactly inspire confidence. In general, everything was fine, but I probably won't go back. You can probably find better service and definitely find a better price elsewhere.

I had to go with four stars here because two years ago the put a plug in my tire for free and I could barely get the mechanic to take some beer money! I don't live near this location any longer and recently had two tires installed and it took around four hours when they said they only needed two. All in all, pretty good place with solid service in my two dealings.

I had a flat tire and spare a few weeks ago and had my vehicle towed here. There is no after hours key drop box. The flat tire was on the front, and when I received the car back, the new tires were also in the front. The problem is it is a rwd car. But whatever, they accommodated me on the same day without an appointment and also fixed my spare for $255

Today, I went for the rear tires. The same tires as the front were installed on the rear. The final cost was $45 more and there was no reason given as to why. Additionally, one tire is at the recommended 33 psi and the other is at 45psi. Everyone was kind and courteous, but the price disparity and improperly inflated tires are sloppy. Customer service is excellent, however workmanship needs improvement.

I made an appointment to get tires I purchased online mounted on my car. While making the appointment I asked about how long it would take to get them installed and was told about an hour. I showed up for the appointment, filled out the paperwork and went to sit down. After about an hour I noticed they still hadn't even touched my car or brought it into a bay. I attempted to get the attention of an associate but there was no one in the front of the store and I couldn't get the attention of an associate. After 2 hours I finally got to speak to the manager who instead of apologizing he got defensive and told me that they were short staffed and that was why it was taking so long. Had I been informed ahead of time like when I checked in that would have been fine but waiting two hours without any updates is far too much. I recommend staying away!

These guys really know what they are doing. And in top of that they genuinely care. It's hard to find people like this in the industry. They will go above and beyond. Most mechanic shops only care about bottom line. This place makes sure you're happy. I hope they keep this up going forward it will do them much good!
