I walk in and the cashier gives me a look as if I'm inconveniencing her with my presence. This must be the infamous "lady behind the counter" from all the other reviews on here.

Anyway, I order a slice of cheese and she says  "very fresh, I make now 10 minute". After waiting 5mins I am handed a leftover overcooked pizza that was definitely thrown in the oven for a bit. I am no pizza expert, but what I was handed was not fresh by any standard. 

I left the box on the counter said they can keep the $5 and walked out. Don't waste any of your time or money here. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Foods okay. Skip the gyro, but definitely try the grilled wings. Just don't expect to get the food quick--slow for a fastfood place.

Update-- really, just don't bother. Service was slow under previous management, now it's glacial. The grilled wings used to be really good! Now, they are terrible.
Gyro no good. Pizza no good either. Plenty of other spots on 18th for a calorie-binge.

While purchasing pizza last night I asked the woman at the register how big the slices were. She stated numerous times that they were "regular size."  She even showed me with her hands that they were the size of a general Papa John's pizza slice. After hearing this I decided to buy 2 slices. To my surprise, when she brought them out, they were jumbo slices. No wonder they were $5 each. I told her that she blatantly lied to me and she denied it. I had 3 friends with me who heard her say "regular size." While eating, another individual came in and ordered 2 slices. I warned him that they were jumbo slices and the woman at the counter became irate. Cursing at me and telling me I am making her lose business. As I tried to explain to her that how she described the pizza was not accurate she continued to curse at me until I left. I will NEVER set foot in this place again. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced.

This is seriously the worst food and service I have ever experienced. Ever. I ordered the baba ganoush. It came in a relatively large tub but with the tiniest pita that was not enough to even eat 1/4th of the dip. When I asked for more I was told it was $2 for another piece the same side so I decided to just forgo eating the rest. The pizza tasted like it had been frozen and then reheated.

Now for the service - the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and after a complete misunderstanding about our pizza order she went off the hinge and started cursing at us and other customers who were not involved at all. She was completely unprofessional when we calmly tried to diffuse the situation.  We will not be returning.

What's worse than working late on a rainy and dreary day? Working late on a rainy and dreary day and waiting 3 hours for a food delivery before you realize that you're never getting that food.

I ordered MIAB through Grubhub 3 hours ago and the estimated delivery time was 1 hour. After 1.5 hours, I called to check in and the person who picked up the phone assured me it was on its way. After 2 hours and 2.5 hours, I also called and heard the same story. Finally, I contacted Grubhub about this, and they reached out to the restaurant. Still "on the way."

After Grubhub reached out to them, the restaurant called me back telling me at hour #3 that they had tried to deliver my food and they had even waited 35 minutes outside of my office for me before driving away because they couldn't reach me. This was obviously not true, as I had been calling them every half hour, and when Grubhub called them at hour 2.5, they had told Grubhub that the food was still on its way.

Anyways, here I am, 3.5 hours later, wet after walking through the rain to pick up other food for myself. Note that this is not an isolated incident with this restaurant. I've ordered from them in the past and had deliveries run from 30-60 minutes late, which is obviously bad but somewhat tolerable tolerable because the food is actually reasonably priced and not too bad (when it actually shows up). Unfortunately, this will be the last time I ever order from them.
