Only come to this location if your day is completely clear. Waited for over an hour without being seen, and unfortunately had to leave due to work. The individual at the desk was exceptionally friendly, but the wait was entirely too long.

I am writing this because I have just left Mecklenburg County Health Department on Beatties Ford Rd. There is no need in setting up an appointment because you will still have to sit there and wait... And wait.. And wait. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45. I sat there and wasn't called until 20 mins after 4. Only to get to the back for the nurse to tell me they entered my information wrong in the system and that their were no nurses to examine me at that time because it was so late in the day. She asked me did I want to reschedule. Absolutely NOT! I been sitting in the waiting room for two hours when there were nurses to examine me then. I can't describe how furious I am right now. There is no use for an appointment line if the check in people are going to enter your data in incorrectly and you will still have to wait for over an hour. They do not have to worry about seeing me ever again!

THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS, EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED, YOU CALL LEAVE A VOICEMAIL AND NEVER RECEIVE A CALL BACK. SLOWEST DSS EVER, WITH THEIR ORGANIZATION SKILLS GOING THE WAY THEY ARE, THIS PLACE WILL ALWAYS BE A MISERABLE PLACE TO GO TO.  AND THEY MUST JUST HIRE ANYONE, SO MANY UNEDUCATED PEOPLE.
