This old Hispanic lady who works in unit f  said to come in earlier Than 2:45 Because they take walks in after that time. So I come 30 minutes early hoping to be seen for a work tb test. She didn’t no specify they have a limited amount of test which is only one because she said someone had taken it so literally only 1 test available but didn’t even tell me that. . Also said that I would’ve have to come at 1:30 so then why did she even mention 2:45 is apparently they accept walk ins at 1:30 though so which is it? make that make sense. Wasted my time didn’t not even care, didn’t even show any type of good customer service skills Iv had  better customer service at my local McDonalds. rather pay cvs $80 bucks then deal will soul less workers.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I left 5 voicemails over the course of two weeks trying to schedule pediatric vaccines. Not a single call was returned. I called the main public health number and was very rudely told that if I left messages, they would be returned. It has been TWO MONTHS. We’ve gone elsewhere, but not everyone has that choice. Very disappointed in our local health department.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Called to set up an appointment a white man answered. Soon as I opened my mouth he hung up! I was taken aback. I decided to call again thinking it could have been a mistake. Another guy answered and transferred me back to the same guy only for him to send it to his voicemail! With all that’s going on in the world, you would think some folks would have common sense!! Will never come here again!! TRASH!!

I called Monday, September 26 and left a voice mail, with 2 different people and didn’t hear anything back, called again, Friday September 29, left a voice mail and nothing. I called August 2 this time someone took my name and phone number and said someone would call me back by the end of the day. Nope no did. It is now the August 4 still haven’t got my questions answered. With the office not being open to the public it is impossible to go in there and ask and I can’t get a hold of anyone. Very frustrating.

I felt compelled to write a review because I had such a wonderful experience. I needed a vaccination and walked in without an appointment. I was out in 20 minutes. Every staff member that I encountered was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in the door. The facility appears brand new and is very clean. It makes me proud to know we have such a fine facility in our community.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here with the nurses/doctors

They don’t answer the phone for appointments. Don’t waste your time
