While looking for an engagement ring I spoke with a number of jewelers in the metro Detroit area. I walked into the Medawar Jewelers in Brighton after seeing a billboard on the expressway. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. J.P. put together an absolutely beautiful ring that my now fiance is absolutely in love with. Also, J.P. really went above and beyond to let me know everything that went into the ring building process and make recommendations to make sure that the finished product was perfect. I can't recommend Medawar Jewelers enough.

J.P. and the entire Medawar team have been phenomenal to work with. My husband surprised me with a stunning diamond band which J.P. promptly resized for me...and plated both my worn engagement and wedding rings so they would sparkle like the day my husband gave them to me. I’ve been to three other jewelers over the years who cleaned my rings and no one has come close to making everything look so incredible. I was so impressed with their service and the quality of their products that I returned to purchase birthday gifts for my husband (which J.P. helped me pick out in my price range). We highly recommend Medawar!

My fiance and I have found our forever jeweler. JP turned a bad experience into such a beautiful one, and I'm forever grateful for everything he has done for us. Everything about how the Medawar family runs their business is very personal with the best customer service, which I personally feel most jewelers lack these days. From the moment you walk in Medawar doors, your needs are their top priority. For that, you will have a permanent customer with us, and gladly recommend potential customers to you. Keep up the amazing work and never change.

Got a wedding band custom made to match our engagement band. Flawless work, JP completed it very quickly, very easy to work with! JP is passionate about his work and makes buying a ring a very fun and exciting process.

I went to this store after reading the reviews online from multiple stores. I wasn't disappointed JD the owner took care of me he was very kind helpful. He had great ideas how to fix my wedding ring because the stone was loose it was repaired on the day he said it would be and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this store and their employees to anyone.
