I visited this facility yesterday. The lady who checks you in had no clue how to spell Hashimotos which is a common Thyroid condition. She seemed very uneducated. The "doctors assistant" that saw me had no clue what she was doing. She tried to prescribe Zyrtec when I have no allergy or Asthma. I have an infection in my lower throat and in my lungs which I caught at work from girls who came to work sick . They all ended up with antibiotics. This place refused to prescribe any. I was up all night coughing and this visit was a total waste of my time and my money.

Got here first one and one of the receptionist girls didnt even make eye contact rude as can be didn’t see a name tag .. doctor isn’t even here so I have to wait probably another 20-30 mins ridiculous this place needs to improve.

I'm very pleased with my visit today. The staff were kind, the wait time was short and the doctor I saw was very helpful and informative!!! I will visit them again whenever I need urgent care.....and I will refer my friends and family there as well.

Biggest waste of time of my life. What's the point of having doctors if they won't write a prescription?! Sat there forever just to be told that they don't feel comfortable writing me a prescription for pain meds for my chronic illness.

Went there with my son on a Saturday, Staff were very unprofessional, my first instinct said run. Wish I had listened. Doctor was very rude, did not seem the least interested in what I had to say, and was just rushing to go to the next patient. Moreover, they took my Ins card and were to call on Monday to verify which they never did, but decided to charge my card instead. I called my Ins company to dispute why visit was not covered, but was told Med express never filed a claim. Call Medexpress but just got the run around. Will never step foot in that place again, and would advice strongly against going there. Please go some place else.
