Mark and his team give the honest facts and fair pricing for repairs. He wont load you down with alot of doubletalk and backs his work honorably as well as legally. You can trust your in good hands.

Came in for an easy automobile solution for my company. The guy working the desk did nothing but mumble, mope, and complain the whole time he was taking care of things. Made several mentions that my business was such a hassle for him. At the end of the day, he got the work done in a mostly timely fashion, but I would never use this place for another project.

I went to this business because the check engine light came on when I was driving through that area. They read the code for “free” (per the owner and his website—see the upper right hand corner) and then they tried to order the supposedly needed part for it and couldn’t get it in for 5 days. I couldn’t wait five days for them to get the “check engine light” problem fixed while heading north. The part they identified would have been the wrong part. When I got home I bought the correct part and put it in myself. It was a different part than what the owner identified on his bill. Worse yet he charged me $89.95 for his alleged “free” code engine check and his erroneous part identification (listed on his bill) he couldn’t get locally. By Oregon State Law his business is required to provide a written estimate before starting any billable work. The owner failed to provide this to me and I unfortunately failed to firmly insist on a written estimate. I unfortunately trusted them with a verbal contract. They apparently don’t give a written estimate unless you request it first according to their website (listed under “Why Choose Us”). If they complied with state law and gave me a written estimate in advance we could have negotiated a fair and reasonable agreement on some other work they did. However, they then could not have charged me $160.00 over what I had authorized in our verbal contract. That overcharge included the aforementioned $89.95 for the bogus code scan diagnosis and attempted ‘wrong’ part ordering. I would suggest that you don’t let them do a “free” code reading or anything else before you first obtain a written estimate documenting that this is truly free. The written estimate should clearly identify the true cost for this diagnosis because it is definitely not free. You are otherwise on your own with little recourse when you are shocked and horrified with the total bill that may have no resemblance to your verbal agreement. I would hope that the owner would amend his business philosophy/website and comply with state law so this doesn’t continue with future customers. I have had a rather disheveling experience with the owner of this shop and don’t plan to ever return. I would personally choose one of the other shops in the area with far better YELP ratings for future work. In closing I would suggest that you have an auto parts store like O’Reilly provide your free code scan reading and correct part(s) identification--thereby saving yourself $89.95 and a lot of headaches.
