This is the best auto shop around! These guys seriously are the most honest people I have ever done business with I will refer literally everyone I can to them and will be going back very soon for future business.
No joke aaa+ service at the cheapest rates I've seen in the entire valley

Owning an Audi Allroad means you'll be visiting the shop many times throughout your ownership. I can't count how many repairs bills I have had over 3 years, but I always make sure to choose the best shop for my baby.

I tend to scope out a few shops at first and then stick with the one that not only offers the greatest service but also shares the same passion for cars that I have.

When I first brought my Allroad in to Northwest Autohaus over a year ago, and spoke with the team and Chris, I knew this would be my go-to shop for anything I needed done on my car. 

Chris was incredibly laid back, very approachable, and he had a ton of knowledge about my car right when he saw it. I knew it would be in good hands, and boy was I right.

I had one issue that another shop in Medford tried to fix but they couldn't get to the root cause of it. But after leaving it with Northwest Autohaus, the issue was found, the parts were ordered and soon my pride & joy was back to cruising the valley. 

The service doesn't just end in the shop, as the front desk gal, Cynthia I believe, was also very friendly and well-versed about my car. Several times she offered me advice and helped make sure my car was properly taken care of. Any questions I had about the repair bill, the status of my car or what I should be fixing next, she quickly and enthusiastically answered.

Unfortunately, my time with my Allroad maybe coming to an end for now, but my next car will be another Audi and I look forward to bringing it in to these guys as I know theyll take care of me & my car.

Bought my son a used Z3M and was having lots of problems, and the team at Northwest Autohaus went above and beyond to diagnose and repair all the issues while remaining in constant contact giving me updates so there were zero surprises.  I also really appreciated the time they spent with my questions and didn't feel like a burden in the least.  I cannot recommend them highly enough as they now have a lifetime customer for all my vehicles!

These guys are GREAT! I was so impressed with their knowledge, experience and customer service. I'm from out of state and an old friend recommended I take my car to them when my check engine light came on. They were very thorough, more than fair with repair costs, and had my car done the next day!! Thank you so much for making sure my 800 mile drive will be safe and problem free.  I wish they had a shop where I live!

These guys helped us out in an emergency with smiles and competent help and then didn't overcharge, would recommend!
