Proud to work for a company that supports the community I work and live in, and encourages its professional staff to raise the bar. For the third year the staff of the Behavioral health unit will raise funds and awareness to support the Pasco County Out of the Darkness Community Walk to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. They graciously offered a night of learning for local girls scouts and their parents to raise awareness about mental health issues , and to decrease stigma associated with mental health and proudly support the local chapter of The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). I just found out this morning that medical center of trinity owns community hospital too. Im glad i contacted a number to get help for my depression and anxiety because if i didnt id have a whole world of other problems. I have never been here personally but my advice to everyone is it can always be worse. Not many behavioral health hospitals in the area and when you need one they are there for you. It can be worse, you can end up in a mess where there isnt a option for help. They may not be the best but they are there for you and they try!

Went to the ER and was treated horribly by the staff. Very mean, to the point I decided to leave but before I left one of the staff threaten me if I leave they will call the police. No joke. I was sobbing asking why but no answer. It's been few months and I'm still traumatized by the experience. NEVER again! I'd rather die.

Even I was very disappointed that the Trinity Hospital transfer me to this facility, Everything start changing when I saw the responsibility the staff have to provided the best customer care to patient. I have few ideas that I will like to share with the Social services or other staff in charge of the patient activity. I am going to get in touch with them, but at this moment I rate the facility with 3 start. Thanks to the RN Linda for all her help to me and other.
