I've always had issues with this office. They never answer phones or they are rude when you talk to any of the clerks. The lactation lady was super nice and helpful. But she called to check up on how breastfeeding was going. I breastfed my daughter for the first three months and I loved the bonding experience. Unfortunately due to my situation I couldn't no longer breastfeed because I work 50 hours a week and my fiance obviously can't breastfeed for me. I had breast milk stocked up but due to a power outage for over a week from hurricane Irma all my supplies got spoiled and I didn't have enough time to constantly pump since I had none to begin with. The lactation lady went from being a really nice woman to very judgemental since I had to formula feed my daughter. Mind you my daughter is healthy and happy and that's what matters to me. If I could breastfeed her I would have kept doing it. I wasn't producing enough since she wasn't latched to me all the time like when I was on maternity leave. I refuse to be judged!

The senior clerk is terrible ,racist , rude,  . After they messed up my appointment she gave me attitude . Asked for my license and I gave it to her . But that wasn't good enough for her She asked for my SOCIAL SECURITY card and I said sure I will give you my number and she said I I need the card . Excuse me ? Is this appointment for me or my daughter? What then My green card?! I am super offended very very offended I am 100% American born and raised in America . Just because the color of my skin ? My hair? You ask my for all this proof?! I also spoke to another wic clinic in a different location an they told me she should of never asked me for my social An my license and all these things! She also lied and said she rescheduled my appointment for June 19... and found out from another wic place she never even put it in ! I will rather drive 1 hour from my house then go to that place ever again and deal with that SENIOR CLERK ! Before judging a person by there looks please look at yourself pathetic racist  old lady. I will report this to supervisors and anyone on top of you.

Senior clerk was rude and disrespectful.If your not happy with your job don't waste taxpayer money just quit.

The lactation lady is absolutely the best for anything any questions about breastfeeding

Fast, friendly and will work with you if you have any issues, like missed appt etc!!! Very Helpful!!!
