I'm 38 weeks pregnant and so terrified of needles that I've put off my blood testing the whole pregnancy until now. I made a appointment here for 11:30 in the morning for blood testing and a glucose test. I got in very fast and when I told the nurse (Jasmine) that I was terrified of needles she told me not to worry and to look away. She found a good vein and inserted the needle so quick I was actually surprised. I've been in the ER four times this pregnancy and had needles inserted and this was by FAR the best. It was very easy. Then I drank the glucose test drink (yuck but Jasmine recommended the lime flavor because it's easier for women to keep down) and I did fine. Other arm got poked an hour later and she drew one vial again very fast and easy and we were out! Very very good place for people scared of needles and blood.

I always make an appointment, and have never waited more than 5 minutes, if that. And the new kiosk sign in stations they have make it even easier. Staff is the best, from front desk, to the  lab workers.

Piss poor customer service. They preferred to play stupid rather than be sweet and accommodating.

The whole time I was sitting there 3 female staff members in the office were talking about sugar daddy’s and on their phones being loud and obnoxious. Awful customer service and very unprofessional

Went in for a pre-employment drug screening. It was very busy, and each waiting room was quite full. Standing room only at some times. Waited for 40 minutes or so altogether. 

There's no public WiFi.

Staff however was very nice, though they seemed a little overwhelmed. Everyone I interacted with was personable.
