Never felt more welcome at a camp ground. Stayed here a couple years ago alone for 3 nights. The lady running things at the time was extremely friendly. Facilities were clean and the location beautiful. No complaints.

Super friendly and approachable staff. Good access to facilities such as microwave, laundry, store, playground and restrooms. Short walk to Medora township and a lot of touristy stores plus the Theodore Roosevelt national park right next door.

Nice grounds, great people.  But next time I want to appreciate the "big sky" in big sky country I'll remember to stay home in downtown Minneapolis where there isn't so much light pollution, and it isn't so crowded.  Between the glaring street lights (who puts street lights in a campground), and the most closely packed camp sights I've ever seen, I was very glad we stayed only I sleepless night.

Beautiful location outside Theodore Roosevelt National Park in Medora, North Dakota. Brand new office building with laundry room and general store, shuttle bus to Medora Musical show, and bathrooms with showers. Beautiful views. Playground for the kids. Love this place!

We enjoyed this campground, especially it's location! Right in Medora, minutes from Roosevelt National Park and the Medora Musical amphitheater. Only cons were that the spots are REALLY close together and there's literally no privacy. But otherwise it was good!
