Paid $90 for 5 mins of a doctor’s time and then got another bill for $240 a month and a half later. Solution to my problem - a small handful of pills (that I had to buy somewhere else). They offered no follow up. This place is definitely set up to maximize their earnings.

You won't find a better clinic anywhere. These amazing folks make a doctor's visit fast, informative and their sense of humor makes it painless. Dr. Eric Bernon who has now seen me on 2 separate occasions, 1 year apart, is beyond fantastic; I may switch to him as my primary physician. Big shout out to Diana, Erica and Katie who were amazing with the pre and post visit preparation, care and education. I'm lucky to be living a couple of blocks away but would still come here if I was miles away. I would give these folks 10 stars if I could.

The building was decent and the wait time wasn't too bad. However, while in the waiting room, the front desk staff was snappy to all of the patients. The doctor was a know-it-all who couldn't even send a prescription to the pharmacy without me making two follow-up calls. He also took less than 5 minutes to determine that I was there for made-up symptoms. Then he called me three days later to say the results showed that I actually paid a co-payment for a real issue. It took him three attempts to get my prescription to the pharmacy.

Gone here twice and both times they weren’t very helpful. Always referred me somewhere else. Pretty fast but did NOTHING to help. I came in with a fever, coughing and had a cold. Told them I just got back into the country. They took a flu test, but no X-rays or anything. Just gave me Tylenol and told me to go to the ER. Now I ended up going to another Urgent Care that was much more helpful.

Tonight was one of the worst experiences I've had with an urgent care. Went in thinking I had food poisoning. The nurse practitioner on staff was incompetent. She wasn't thorough at all, instead she stood across the room with a mask on. While I know there isn't much they can do for gastrointestinal issues they can at the very least treat the symptoms to help with nausea. Instead, she suggested tylenol and I promptly said I've never heard someone suggest tylenol for stomach pain... she quickly changed her answer to Tums. The very least she could do was help me with nausea. Instead the advice was to go to my primary care doctor or the ER. Complete waste of time and energy.
