Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. Michael was awesome! I came in on a Saturday because my A/C was blowing hot air. They figured out what was causing it but didn't have the part to fix it and didn't have time to do it before they closed. But, because I wouldn't be able to bring my car back in until the following Saturday (and it has been really hot out), Michael came back to the shop that same night to work on my car. He kept me informed by texting me that he would have it done the next day (Meineke is closed on Sundays). Sunday, on his day off, he drove to Aurora to personally pick up the part that my car needed and then installed it! He even offered to come and pick me up from my house so that I could pick up my car. Now that is going above and beyond; I really appreciated it!

Wow! These guys exceeded my expectations! They were super fast, and they didn't rip me off. I'll be bringing my repairs here from here on out!

Paid $650 for my brakes. They still squeak horribly so I took my receipt to Brakes Plus and they informed me that several of the services I paid for had not been perfomed, or were done incorrectly. Additionally, the work was about $200 overpriced. Took this information back to the manager who was not at all helpful. Could not issue a refund so I could get the work fixed by a reputable mechanic, but instead told me the warranty only covers them fixing the work for free. Obviously I dont want my car in that shop anymore.

Very friendly, helped get my big ugly van compliant with colorado emission standards, will come back if other services are required in the future
