This breaks my heart to write this review, but after having been a loyal customer for decades, apparently there have been a lot of changes, and not for the better. I was to bring my car in for repair in January, but my dad was hospitalized and I missed the appointment. What really upset me is the fact that my business obviously means nothing to them, they never called to ask why I didn't show, just left me like a piece of garbage. I won't be returning. Not sure what you did to lose your two best employees, but I would fix it. You should also tell the kids that work for you now not to bad mouth your old employees, Brandon had no idea that I know one of them outside the shop. Good luck perfection, you're heading to an early retirement.

Took my red wrx to get it repaired they did good on taking the hit out and matching the color but wasn’t satisfied with the way they left the clear coat ... left a bunch of swirl marks and holograms . I’ve already took it to them like 5 times but they can’t fix the problem and I don’t want to take it back anymore because seems like they will never fix it and they keep cutting into the clear coat .so I’m probably going to have to pay for a clear coat correction out of my own pocket at different auto shop by the way there new name is caliper collision repair . Sadly they can’t handle a little clear coat correction.

So I want to start this review by saying that the front desk staff at Perfection did their best to provide good customer service. Those folks work hard and this is not on them. OK, that said. I have three problems with how my work was handled: 1. I submitted all of my insurance information and paperwork three weeks before my appointment. I show up on the appointed day and Perfection did not have any of the paperwork. I had to resubmit that morning, when I'm already late for work. 2. The work was scheduled to be completed on Friday at 4:30. At 3:30 I get a call saying that they have the wrong part and could not complete my car until Monday. They had my car for a week. Nobody realized they had the wrong part until an hour before work was to be completed. 3. I asked if Perfection could help me out with the extra three days of rental car fees I would incur because they had the wrong part and could not finish on time. They told me no! Enterprise, the rental car company, comped me one of the days even though it wasn't even close to being their fault. Perfection insisted on sticking me with the other two days of fees! (about $50) The front desk staff at Perfection told me the owner would not allow them to cover my two days of rental car fees. I brought nearly $2,000 worth of business, and they didn't complete the work on time and refused to help me out. The work itself was fine...but this was a terrible customer experience from beginning to end.

took my car in a total of three times in order to have it fixed correctly. at first they refused until I got my insurance agent out to verify the work was TERRIBLY done.

Horrible experience... and still trying to fix their mistakes 1 year later because they want to go 1/2 and 1/2 on the price to fix the orange peel feeling on my paint, front bumper that is peeling in multiple places... not to mention the buckle i found on my radiator support and took back to them because they missed it. So now I am having another shop fix their mistakes. The men at the front are ridiculous. They have no grasp of customer service
