Meineke Car Care Center has been America’s local auto repair shop since 1972. Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. Jeremy and Randy were fantastic. Able to give me a ball park for repairing the ball joints on my CR-V and they were great about the scheduling. I appreciate that they offer weekend hours because I have a hard time taking time off during the work week to attend to issues. Super helpful, had great details and feedback about the state of things under the car and I received the best price from them after doing research. I talked through maintenance considerations with them and I will be back for oil changes and other needs in the future. Highly recommend.

I brought my car for an exhaust issue which they resolved in minutes and i had my car back with me in good condition.

I was ripped off! I needed a brake job including rotors, caliper, etc.. I was told that worst case scenario it would be $1174,  but maybe less. I approved the work but then when I went to pick it up they told me it was $1362. I protested with Jeremy and said that someone should have at least called me, but he had no answer. He did say that Randy had written $1174 but had crossed it out. I have called twice now and left a message for Randy but he will not call me back. Paying $200 more than quoted is a big deal to me and I am not happy about it. It is like going to a restaurant and ordering a meal for $9.99, and then after eating, you're told it is more than the menu said. 
Randy: If you value my business at all you will call me  back and explain what happened.I have been to your shop at least three or four times, but I cannot return until you at least talk to me. I will do whatever I can to make sure everyone knows what happened to me there.

The exhaust of our car had an issue so we had these guys do the servicing. They were so thorough and professional.

First time at this shop. Jeremy was fantastic! Helpful and knowegable. I came in for an exhaust issue but had another problem with a battery draining problem that he looked into and solved in minutes. I did not even have to ask if he could help with it, he just did it - at no charge! Super calm and friendly guy. Two very friendly shop dogs as well!
