stars all day... My BF and I came in with an issue with our brakes and they fixed it fast without any problems whatsoever... Hands down best service we've ever received. Highly recommend this place for any vehicle service that needs to be done!!!! Thanks guys!!!

Came in to get my alignment done on my 2017 f150 after installing a 2" level kit. Said he would try to get it done after being hesitant. Came back 5 mins later telling me I needed camber bolts and would cost over $550 to install and align my truck. Charged me $20 to get my truck back. Went somewhere else and was told yeah those trucks have slide adjusters it's harder to do it than camber bolts but can be done we will have it done no problem. Thanks Terry for the waste of time and money. If meineje doesn't know how to do their job they need to close the doors. Will never go back. The color pic is what they sent me on my way with telling me it couldn't be done. The grey pic is how it is now that I got it done. And didn't charge anywhere near the $550 they wanted. Don't know why I should have been charged the $20 for people that don't know what they are doing but like I was told when I asked, that's a $100,000 machine it doesn't get used for free.

My husband brought my son's car into this place. The manager looked over the car and said he could stop the car from over heating and fix all the leaks. After paying him $1300.00 two days later leaks return and car still over heating. I called the manager to speak about what was happening to the car and he proceeded to talk over me. He hung up on me. I called the complaint hot line for the head quarters of Meineke. I also wrote a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The owner at this location never apologize and never corrected the situation. They are all about money here they the people the people. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life with an auto place. Run for your life!

My oil change was supposed to be 49.95 but when I got there the wrong price had been quoted I had to pay 89.69, that's after I found a coupon, they didn't vacuum or wash windows as advertised. But were real quick ti take my money.   They didn't do what was suppose to be done and I was there early so they weren't busy no excuse for lousy service .. I assume they don't want repeat service ... Also said my shocks needed replaced quoted 786. for that took my car back to Dealership and they couldn't find anything wrong. . not very honest either. . Management u may want to get a grip...

The owner is a very nice and Honest Man he helped me with the diagnoses on my car I will definitely be going back to them. I highly recommend anyone to them.
